We are in the process of integrating Site24*7 with ServiceNow. We are using the ServiceNow official connector within Site24*7 for this integration. We are doing the testing after initial configurations in Site24*7, but the ServiceNow connector is not replacing and sending the PARAM values dynamically to ServiceNow for the applicable monitors.
